1. Beep Test App provides only information, is not medical or treatment advice and may not be treated as such by the user.

2. The test is performed by running between two markers placed 20/15 (depends on the selected Test) meters apart, at an increasing pace as indicated by the beeps.

3. The Beep Test is a multi-stage fitness test used to measure cardiovascular fitness and maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 Max).

4. The Standard test contains 21 levels, and each level consists of a different number of shuttles.

5. The information on this App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

6. The test ends when you can no longer keep pace, or max level is completed.

7. It is commonly used by coaches and trainers to measure athlete fitness, or used as a pre-requisite for police, emergency and military organizations.

8. As such, this App may not be relied upon for the purposes of medical diagnosis or as a recommendation for medical care or treatment.

9. The test can be performed by an individual without assistance.
