A great help

I have suffered from Generalized Anxiety Disorder for a while and my relationship with breathing exercises is complicated, as sometimes they feel too overwhelming. The app app is one of my favourite tools because it’s easy to use and intuitive; the way the app is designed, the sounds, the circle/waves, the timing, the information with the science behind everything is exactly what I need. The Discover feature is perfect to find quickly the best breathing exercise. In general, this app makes me feel guided and safer during my most anxious and troubled moments. Highly recommend it!

è un app veramente ottima secondo me, sicuramente sarebbe migliore se fosse tutto gratuito, ma la maggior parte delle funzionalità lo sono, quindi veramente approvatissima

Breathwrk review

I saw this app on TikTok when they had just started. I immediately saw the potential of it and downloaded it. It’s by far my favorite breathing app. I 100% recommended it if you’re struggling with anxiety, insomnia or even if you want to meditate. You have to pay to have the full package but the free one still has lots to offer :))

Life changing

Simple and easy to use. The variety of breath techniques is fantastic. Makes learning how to breath correctly a breeze. Changed my life under many aspects: mornings with more lucidity and focus, training with more stamina and lung capacity, and my evening with calmness and peace of mind. Would recommend to everyone. It’s a one stop for breath work!
