Bad money experience

The game is enjoyable but I had a bad experience when I spent some money in the game: There was an event that would have gave you extra bonus if you would have recharged at least 4.99$, so I did but I didn't get the bonuses I was expecting and the GM said that the kind of recharge I made didn't count towards the bonus even though the event didn't exclude any recharge type in the description. So I spent money and didn't get what I was expecting. Very disappointing. Edit:as you said that is written in the "daily packages page" that is a different page from the page where the "monthly pack" that I bought were. Nothing is written regarding such "not counting towards event" for that pack.

Unacceptable

Server down for 30h and still not working... this is totally unacceptable for people who pay and for everyone
