1. WeatheX needs you, the citizen scientist, to watch and report severe weather events wherever you are using your smartphone.

2. This information will be used by weather and climate researchers, including the ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate Extremes, Monash University and Australian Bureau of Meteorology.

3. Severe weather events are often missed by weather instruments and are difficult to capture.

4. WeatheX allows you to report the severity, location and timing of hail size, wind damage, flooding and tornadoes.

5. To get started with reporting, download and open the WeatheX, select the + button on the map and choose a weather type.

6. Why? Because weather radar cannot see close to the ground and surface weather stations are sparsely located.

7. Your reports will vastly improve our ability to capture these events and contribute to better understanding.

8. The app also allows you to view the location and time of recent reports across Australia.

9. Please provide a description if possible, or if you need to report a previous event.

10. All reports and photos will remain anonymous and no identifying information is collected.

11. You can also capture a photo or add a description of the event.

Ora apri l applicazione Emulator che hai installato e cerca la sua barra di ricerca. Una volta trovato, digita WeatheX - Weather Reporting nella barra di ricerca e premi Cerca. Clicca su WeatheX - Weather Reportingicona dell applicazione. Una finestra di WeatheX - Weather Reporting sul Play Store o l app store si aprirà e visualizzerà lo Store nella tua applicazione di emulatore. Ora, premi il pulsante Installa e, come su un iPhone o dispositivo Android, la tua applicazione inizierà il download. Ora abbiamo finito.
Vedrai un icona chiamata "Tutte le app".
Fai clic su di esso e ti porterà in una pagina contenente tutte le tue applicazioni installate.
