2. Download the Glaslough - one village, two voices audio trail app for free, an official visitor guide developed by Monaghan County Council in Ireland’s Ancient East.
3. And because this village has been both host and home to many famous people that include, Dukes and Politicians, Actresses and French Nuns as well as Rock Stars, Footballers and Dancers each place along the trail has its own story of life in the village and the estate.
4. *Please be aware that when accessing the Castle Leslie Estate, this is private property and you are allowed to use the Walking Trail in accordance with the map and not to go outside the Trail.
5. In less than a couple of hours you will hear why this village is so distinctive, as stories about the villagers and the Leslie family are all unravelled, revealing a unique relationship that has flourished in this most striking of ancient landscapes.
6. Use of the Castle Leslie Estate is at your own risk and the Estate will not accept any liability, accident or loss howsoever arising.
7. Entry to the buildings on the Castle Leslie Estate is strictly by prior arrangement only without any exception.
8. During the Christmas holidays access to the Castle Leslie Estate is restricted.
9. This app will also provide you with plenty of local information such as others places to visit, go exploring, get something to eat and drink or to stop over, just by tapping into the travel guide section.
10. We would also ask that as Glaslough is a Tidy Town destination that you respect the local landscape taking care not to leave any litter behind.
11. After quickly accessing the app, over wi-fi, there is no need for a live data connection as everything is stored on your phone after the initial download.
