Simmering

Recently bought this being a SIMs fan for years from App beginning. Have SIMs 2(pc) 3 and 4 from Origin installed just great on my mac. But this one is a disaster. I’ve spent 3 days and nights trying to download. 3 times it developed error about half way through. On App fourth attempt got it downloaded only to be told it is damaged and do it all again. No way. I want my money back.

Download it over and over

IDK why but i was forced to download it 3 times. It doesn’t matter when u have fast internet connection. But if you don’t you have to wait for a long time for 7GB.

can't launch it

it downloaded, but There is no way to launch App app or play with it, why? please fix it FAST or I want my money back!
