1. The app provides native support for you to view documents in many different formats, including Microsoft Words (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), PowerPoint(.ppt, .pptx), Apple Numbers (.numbers), Pages(.pages), Keynote(.key), Adobe PDF (.pdf) and multimedia files including image (.png and .jpg) and video (.mov,.mp4,.3gp). This way, you can manage and view not only 3D files, but also other files of your project.

2. If you need iPhone or iPad app for other 3D file formats, for instance,iges, stl, 3ds, obj, vrml, ply, etc, please search Afanche to find more 3D oriented apps.

3. You can add files to the app's document folder through iTunes and use the file open button of the app to load them.

4. which might not save STEP file directly, you can certainly use the CAD software to export your model in STEP foramt and use the app to view it.
