Writin on pics

Previous version (im not sure which one) allowed me to fill the entire picture with words by pulling the white dot in the corner of texting box as wide and tall as I wish. Lately, since the version that was released maybe a year ago, App only allows me to pull the text box in way smaller maximum size (which wont allow me to let my picture full filled with text) It wont let me to make long poetry on pictures. I have to admit that i cant find better app to do it, so please fix it. Thank you. Ps: I talked to customer service they asked me to delete and reinstall the app, i did and it wont work. I told them but I havent got any reply yet.

how can i restore my downloaded App on my last iphone?

Cannot save photo

I cannot save pics that I’ve edited. When I click the “done” button the app will just freeze and suddenly close. This error only happens when I use App on my iPhone, but not when I use App on my iPad. I’ve been using App app for five years and this is the first time I’ve encountered this error. Deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and the error persisted. Ended up just deleting the app on my phone for good since I basically can’t get anything out of it.
