Can't work on photos with size more than 12M

Hi. Just purchased your app app. It's a good one. Quick query. Your app can't open phitos taken from iphone 6s. It always says can't upload photos with more than 12M because it not supported. Your app is designed to work with iPhone. Could you please provide support and solution on how to solve this issue? Thanks.
