1. This platform and product is owned by Brokoly Ajans ve Yapım Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Sirketi, (“Selfact” “we” or “us”), and mobile application (the “App”), and the services, data, information, tools, functionality, updates and similar materials delivered or provided by us through the Website and App (the “Services”), are subject to your agreement to and compliance with the conditions set forth in this Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”).

2. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Website, the App or the Services.\nBy using the Selfact app, you are accepting this Terms of Use agreement and Privacy Policy.\nWe don’t have the ability to manage any aspect of your subscription on your behalf, including, but not limited to, initiating, canceling or refunding subscriptions.

3. It lets you shoot self-tape audition by creating your line and voice-over, and it lets you share your videos with professionals by adding a title card to your videos.

4. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions governing your use of the Website, App and the Services.

5. In case of violation of rights, we recommend that you contact the platforms where the relevant materials are shared, as the Selfact team cannot be held responsible.

6. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase the subscription before the end of the free trial.

7. Your account will be charged for the renewal then-applicable subscription price within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

8. It lets you create videos by forming any voice-over recordings you like and make a difference in social media.

9. It lets you shoot presantation videos with its Prompter option or act a long monologue without any stumble.

10. If you enjoy your experience, for unlimited access trial, do nothing and your subscription will automatically continue.

11. It lets you easily memorize scenario or theatre scripts with its rehearsal mode, and it lets you rehearse to be prepared for shootings of difficult scenes.
