Need Help

How to connect my thief rival account to Game Center? I once connected my account with Facebook (1000+ trophies) but when I deleted and reinstall the game my cloud data was back to 6 trophies not 1000+ anymore. Is there anyway for me to get my 1000+ trophy back? Anyway great game. I just want to know if it could connect to game center and if my account cloud data can be recovered. Thanks
