Iphone 7 force close instantly

It said compatible with my phone iphone 7 , but whenever i open it always force close, what the hell is going on???

Bugs / Errors, Complaints, and Some Compliments.

There’s a bug in the challenge quests. I can’t progress almost anything (except completing quests that have ring) after I completed a quest where I had to play 10 games with a hero from Wolf Clan. Please fix it. And please, can you developers give us a more rewarding award after we play and finish a multiplayer match? Like seriously? We only get like a total of 160 Coins / day after we collect daily War Chest and all 3 of those War Chests by finishing 3 games whether single or multiplayer match, but after that, we don’t get anything even when we continue to play in multiplayer match? Also, the matchmaking system is annoying. Sometimes, 3 players with lvl 1 to 3 are matched with a player with level over than 10? Hmm... Anyway, the single player is the best unique thing that this game has I guess, I don’t mind we don’t get any reward after completing 3 single player games since this game is free, which we players are grateful a lot. So keep it up devs, we’re rooting for you to keep developing and fixing those bugs and those things that are lacking.

Why can’t I play multiplayer? It greyed and it seems I cannot find any way to enable it.
