1. This app was designed to the specifications of a single person with cystic fibrosis and was developed as an aid in doing autogenic drainage for people with cystic fibrosis or perhaps other lung diseases.

2. This app contains a default autogenic drainage session that was customized by a person with cystic fibrosis and also contains a fully customizable session if the defaults do not work for you.

3. You can customize the length of every inhale, exhale, time holding your breath, and total number of breaths in each phase of autogenic drainage.

4. This app is not intended to replace any existing medical treatment and should be only used as an aid to people already doing autogenic drainage or those eager to try it.

5. The Autogenic Drainage app provides a customizable timer with voice commands to aid in doing autogenic drainage.

6. Autogenic drainage is a breathing exercise that is used to clear mucus from the lungs in people with lung disease.

7. Autogenic drainage requires no equipment and is done entirely through controlling your breathing.

8. The timer also displays how long your session is, the current breath number, and how many breaths you have remaining.

9. This app was not developed by doctors, respiratory therapists, or any other medical professional.

10. Hit start and voice commands tell you when to breathe in, hold, and breathe out.

Étape 2: installez l'émulateur sur votre PC


Étape 3: Autogenic Drainage pour PC - Windows 10 / 11

Maintenant, ouvrez l'application Emulator que vous avez installée et cherchez sa barre de recherche. Une fois que vous l'avez trouvé, tapez Autogenic Drainage dans la barre de recherche et appuyez sur Rechercher. Clique sur le Autogenic Drainagenom de l'application. Une fenêtre du Autogenic Drainage sur le Play Store ou le magasin d`applications ouvrira et affichera le Store dans votre application d`émulation. Maintenant, appuyez sur le bouton Installer et, comme sur un iPhone ou un appareil Android, votre application commencera à télécharger. Maintenant nous avons tous fini.
Vous verrez une icône appelée "Toutes les applications".
Cliquez dessus et il vous mènera à une page contenant toutes vos applications installées.
