1. Photo Meta Edit does edit embedded metadata in the image files, so Apple's Photos does not show the changes.

2. Apple's Photos makes some data files for metadata (e.g. metaSchema.db) in the Photos.photoslibrary > database while importing image files.

3. Apple's Photos shows metadata written in the metaSchema.db, not show metadata embedded in the imported image files.

4. If you want Photos to show the changes, re-import image files to remake the metaSchema.db of Photos.

5. Photos never edit original imported image files.

6. Photo Meta Edit allows you to easily edit photo metadata, Exif, GPS, IPTC, XMP and other types, in JPEG, TIFF, HEIC and PNG files.

7. The data files in the Photos.photoslibrary should not be edited by 3rd party apps.

8. It would be better to edit before importing images for avoiding unexpected troubles in Photos.

9. This app is NOT for editing the library of Apple's Photos.

10. Displaying, exporting and removing original 2D image and depth map image.

11. Please backup your data before using this app, just in case an unexpected error occurs.

Étape 3: Photo Meta Edit pour PC - Windows 10 / 11

Maintenant, ouvrez l'application Emulator que vous avez installée et cherchez sa barre de recherche. Une fois que vous l'avez trouvé, tapez Photo Meta Edit dans la barre de recherche et appuyez sur Rechercher. Clique sur le Photo Meta Editnom de l'application. Une fenêtre du Photo Meta Edit sur le Play Store ou le magasin d`applications ouvrira et affichera le Store dans votre application d`émulation. Maintenant, appuyez sur le bouton Installer et, comme sur un iPhone ou un appareil Android, votre application commencera à télécharger. Maintenant nous avons tous fini.
Vous verrez une icône appelée "Toutes les applications".
Cliquez dessus et il vous mènera à une page contenant toutes vos applications installées.
Tu devrais voir le icône. Cliquez dessus et commencez à utiliser l'application.

Do half the job

Every edit nee to be done prior importation to photos. It can easily change the dates of the pictures so, when imported, the App Photos assimilitate them in the correct order. BUT When i change the location of pictures with app, it is not reconized by the App Photos.

Crashes straight after download

I bought this app today and tried to load photos into it and it crashed every single time. The photos I am trying to load already have xmp data attached which I could not see using preview for Mac which is pecifically why I bough the app. I have essentially wated4.5 Euros.

Worked as expected

I just needed it for a quick batch editing on photos taken with my Nikon D800 to have the location in the photos that are added to Photos on OS X. Since unfortunately, Photos doesn’t offer the location editing feature as iPhoto used to offer…
