1. Welcome to the Upright Athlete App! Log on to access your personalized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device.

2. Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program with HD Instructional videos.

3. You must be a Upright Athlete patient to gain access.

4. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your Upright Athlete provider.

5. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option.

6. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info.

7. On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items.

Étape 1: Télécharger un émulateur Android pour PC

  2. Bluestacks »

Étape 2: installez l'émulateur sur votre PC


Étape 3: Upright Athlete pour PC - Windows 10 / 11

Maintenant, ouvrez l'application Emulator que vous avez installée et cherchez sa barre de recherche. Une fois que vous l'avez trouvé, tapez Upright Athlete dans la barre de recherche et appuyez sur Rechercher. Clique sur le Upright Athletenom de l'application. Une fenêtre du Upright Athlete sur le Play Store ou le magasin d`applications ouvrira et affichera le Store dans votre application d`émulation. Maintenant, appuyez sur le bouton Installer et, comme sur un iPhone ou un appareil Android, votre application commencera à télécharger. Maintenant nous avons tous fini.
Vous verrez une icône appelée "Toutes les applications".
Cliquez dessus et il vous mènera à une page contenant toutes vos applications installées.
Tu devrais voir le icône. Cliquez dessus et commencez à utiliser l'application.
