4. Squeezy Connect, previously called SqueezyCX, has been designed by chartered physiotherapists specialising in pelvic health working in the NHS.

5. Squeezy Connect allows you to share exercise plans and records, securely with your clinician between appointments.

6. Squeezy Connect can be tailored to a specific exercise programme and set to remind you when to do your exercises.

7. To find out if you are able to access Squeezy Connect, ask your clinician if they have the Living With Platform.

8. Squeezy Connect and Living With comply with the NHS Information Governance requirements.

9. It is simple to use, discreet, informative and has helpful visual and audio prompts to support your exercise programme plus it maintains a record of the number of exercises you have completed.

10. Download this version of Squeezy if you have registered through your clinic.

11. It is suitable for anyone who is seeing a specialist physiotherapist for problems connected to their bladder, or pelvic floor muscles.

Étape 2: installez l'émulateur sur votre PC


Étape 3: Squeezy Connect pour PC - Windows 10 / 11

Maintenant, ouvrez l'application Emulator que vous avez installée et cherchez sa barre de recherche. Une fois que vous l'avez trouvé, tapez Squeezy Connect dans la barre de recherche et appuyez sur Rechercher. Clique sur le Squeezy Connectnom de l'application. Une fenêtre du Squeezy Connect sur le Play Store ou le magasin d`applications ouvrira et affichera le Store dans votre application d`émulation. Maintenant, appuyez sur le bouton Installer et, comme sur un iPhone ou un appareil Android, votre application commencera à télécharger. Maintenant nous avons tous fini.
Vous verrez une icône appelée "Toutes les applications".
Cliquez dessus et il vous mènera à une page contenant toutes vos applications installées.
Tu devrais voir le icône. Cliquez dessus et commencez à utiliser l'application.
