Disappointed

I am living in Jeddah and i have been trying for two weeks to find a seat to watch the Avengers End game movie in IMax but I couldn’t. Last Wednesday, i waited until you put online the schedule for the weekend and as soon as I logged , i found that all seats were taken for friday and Saturday. On the other hand, today i opened the app, and i could not find any schedule for the week. If you do jot want to sell tickets over the counter at the cinema , at least do something to perfect your app Regards

Disappointed

I was so looking forward to watching my movie as it come out by sadly this app is terrible for online booking I tried to book tickets for Tuesday but they were no available (the option of Thursday to Monday movies was not even showing in both website and app) so I had no choice but to pick the only option which was one movie showing on Tuesday. A point for improvement is to allow ticket booking at booths in the cinema because not everyone like to book only and some people need help with books ticket.

Very easy to use. Great!

I’ve read many negative reviews about this app but I didn’t find any problem that was matching with those negative reviews. It’s very easy to use. Booking process is also easy and fast. There are NO bugs in this app. Overall I found this app to be functioning great.

Review

The app is providing a convenient way for Booking a App ticket anywhere but it should allow us to put our review after attending the movie. Also you should improve the login as i am login in every time i use the app. I would like to see you upgrade the payments method using apple pay or safari saved cards.
