1 thing that has to be changed

I hope this finds you well. My only concern with app is that the amount is taken before order confirmation. Your client servicing department tells me that if the restaurant did not respond or had to withdraw the order, the cash will be returned within a week. I’m not really sure if you get notified for the return of the cash in the account but I think I should, and now im always uncertain about the cash being returned. This happened with me almost 4 times. I really believe this should be changed. Even some apps withdraw the money was the order has been delivered. Thank you for understanding.

Very late delivery

It took them 3 hours to delivery meal for me though it was promised in 50 mins ..... extremely rude delivery guy hung up phone on me while I was trying to know where my order is ........ ! Finally when I received my meal I got to see dessert was not what I ordered . Worst delivery app 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬wish I could give minus rating !

Terrible customer service

False advertising (app shows a discount for a given restaurant but when you go to check out you don’t get any discounts) and absolutely terrible customer service (agent very unprofessional and I sent an email 6 days ago asking for answers and I have yet to receive any answer). All this while taking into consideration that I’m a very loyal customer (2-3 orders per week). Very disappointed in app and the lack of urgency in dealing with customer issues! Update: send feedback twice and still waiting to hear back from the concerned department!

The hardest delivery app :(

First they force me to pay online (since I don’t have a Lebanese number) even though mine works just fine Second after the payment you are not able to contact the driver in anyway you must wait for him to contact you which may take more than two hours!!!! And i already did the payment! After 2 hours they stated the the order is DElIVERED and it didn’t!!!!! And they’re not able to contact the driver or the restaurant what is this app?? And why does it have good reviews!?
