Compré la aplicación completa

Buen día, les hago saber que en octubre de 2017 compré la aplicación completa, pero al actualizarla no descarga la aplicación y me solicita volverla a comprarla. Agradeceré su ayuda . Saludos.

Good app but some important problems

The main problem I’m experiencing happens when I switch to another app and come back to “app”, it starts to lag and the audio stops working. The only solution is to close the app and open it again. It’s easy to fix it, but time consuming. Without these problems I definitely would rate 5 stars.
