1. · You will receive notifications throughout the ride - when the driver starts the ride; when the driver arrives at the pickup location; after Driver has successfully verified your child; when the Driver is on their way to drop off location and when the ride is successfully completed.
2. The Driver will be wearing a bright green Boomerang Driver t-shirt and also have a Boomerang sticker in the front and rear windows of their vehicle to ensure your child knows exactly who is picking them up.
3. · When scheduling a ride, you can provide the driver with specific pick up and/or drop off instructions such as walking them to soccer practice and ensuring handoff with the coach or signing into school.
4. · You will also be able to monitor the Driver in the app from when they begin the ride and are en route to pickup location until the Driver has completed the drop-off instructions and your rider is safely at the drop-off destination.
5. · You will receive Driver details including a photo of the driver and vehicle as well as details of the vehicle such as make/model/color and license plate.
6. Your child will be asked for their birth date, which the Driver will verify through your profile details.
7. 3) NOTIFICATIONS & TRACKING - receive real-time notifications when your child is picked up and dropped off, with the ability to monitor the ride in a map view from start to finish for added peace of mind.
8. Boomerang thoroughly evaluates each candidate before approving them as a Driver - but the final decision is in your hands.
9. · The Driver will check-in 60 minutes prior to the pickup time and you will receive a notification.
