1. Our flagship product, HereWePunch, is a smart mobile attendance system that enables automated check-ins with real time information on the user’s distance/ETA (Estimated Time to Arrive) to work premises.

2. The employees’ interface includes the Estimated Time of Arrival, personal ranking, average Time of Arrival per month, and the capacity to drill down and view details for the last 30 days; as well as, access to the news feed and chat rooms.

3. The Administrator’s homepage provides an overview of the Average Time of Arrival, Rating, number of present employees per department, and have the unique ability to Ping regularly late employees.

4. In the effort to enhance internal communications, Administrators can create chat groups by team or department, and may add information in the corporate news feed about upcoming events, holidays, etc.

5. All attendance is uploaded in real time to the Human Resources’ servers, providing the Administrator with information on the ETA of each employee.

6. Using beacon technology and our judiciously developed app, every employee’s mobile phone acts as an automatic punch-in device when walking into the work premises.

7. More functionalities of the back-end allow Administrators to choose from two pre-defined leave request approval workflows and generate customized reports.

8. The smart mobile employees’ attendance system is entirely hands-free.

9. In addition, users may submit emergency leave / lateness requests which require approval from a line manager / HR.

10. The product can be tailored for every organization’s needs.

Ahora, abra la aplicación Emulator que ha instalado y busque su barra de búsqueda. Una vez que lo encontraste, escribe HereWePunch en la barra de búsqueda y presione Buscar. Haga clic en HereWePunchicono de la aplicación. Una ventana de HereWePunch en Play Store o la tienda de aplicaciones se abrirá y mostrará Store en su aplicación de emulador.
