If you do subtitles, you probably need this app

Reported a small bug and the developer IMMEDIATELY got an update out the door! Spectacular customer service. I use SimonSays AI CC transcription service which only outputs App and needed to convert to SMI for my client. This app solved my problem. And I’m set to convert to an insane number of other CC formats. A useful tool that works great at a reasonable price with a responsive developer - what more can you ask for?

I am so glad I bought this App

Subtitles can be a confusing mess. I spent all week trying to do somethinh this program accomplised in 5 minutes!

neither "SRT Converter" nor "Final SRT" work

I purchased both programs today and neither one of them work. I haven't been able to convert a single one of my App files. And there's no way to contact the developer. When you click on "app support" in the app store, it takes you to web page that no longer exists. Domain name expired on 5-8-2019.

Works great

Works perfectly. I transcode SMI and App files to the proper format to use synced titles in premiere. Never a problem. Couldn’t work without it.
