Öffnen Sie nun die von Ihnen installierte Emulator-Anwendung und suchen Sie nach seiner Suchleiste. Sobald Sie es gefunden haben, tippen Sie ein Goal Master - Performance Mgmt in der Suchleiste und drücken Sie Suchen. Klicke auf Goal Master - Performance MgmtAnwendungs symbol. Ein Fenster von Goal Master - Performance Mgmt im Play Store oder im App Store wird geöffnet und der Store wird in Ihrer Emulatoranwendung angezeigt. Drücken Sie nun die Schaltfläche Installieren und wie auf einem iPhone oder Android-Gerät wird Ihre Anwendung heruntergeladen. Jetzt sind wir alle fertig.

Klicken Sie darauf und Sie gelangen auf eine Seite mit allen installierten Anwendungen.

Very good and productive application - some optimizations possible

Empowers efficient structural work. Very good and helpful application. I can recommend it strongly! Wishes for optimizations: When sorting with priorities - “very high” level should be on top “very low” should be at the bottom A search-function for words would be very helpful. When you leave a App-document the last view on the things should be stored. When you start again with the document it would be nice to see the same selection (e.g. rank of priorities).

Great tool to define and manage performance

Wether you need to manage goals and performance as a team leader or have to manage your project's success app is of great help: - intuitive user interface - App definition easy and to the point - user defined categories and owners - sorting, grouping and color tags - assessments possible - Detail/presentation view and PDF Export for easy communication - great customization options I use app in project management. It helps me to set expectations of stakeholders, track current status of my projects goals and do assessments of my projects performance. I like the presentation view, because it motivates people to commit to the project.
