ShutterCheck displays shutter count along with a shutter’s rated lifespan so you can easily see the percent of its wear.

2. ShutterCheck displays a hidden information about your Canon EOS camera, so you can easily check whether or not a camera that is listed as new is really brand new or determine the value of a previously used item in order to make deals with more confidence.

3. Ask the seller to send you ShutterCheck Camera Report that includes a shutter count info to make sure you buying an item in a good condition.

4. ShutterCheck reads and decodes shutter information directly from the internal memory of your camera.

Öffnen Sie nun die von Ihnen installierte Emulator-Anwendung und suchen Sie nach seiner Suchleiste. Sobald Sie es gefunden haben, tippen Sie ein ShutterCheck in der Suchleiste und drücken Sie Suchen. Did not work

I connected my Canon 5D MkIII and it only ever says "Please connect a camera". Never recognizes the connection. I have tried all manners of trouble shooting, different cables, card in/out, cycle camera and laptop power, etc. Emailed support, have yet to receive a response.

Works!

This App works as described! If you are having problems with your camera connecting, you must first download EOS Utility from the Canon website and install it. If it doesn't show up as a download for your version of Mac OS, choose another version and doenload it. Works for OS Catalina and my Canon 7D and 80D.

Only works if iMac recognizes camera

Probably a good app if your Mac recognizes the camera. Unfortunately, I haven't been successful getting that to happen. I recommend establishing the camera to computer connection prior to purchasing this or any other shutter counting app.

Please update for newer camera models

Great app, but please update it to support newer camera models such as the Canon EOS M5, M50, R, RP, etc.

Sad it does not work on EOS M5

I sadly purchased this for $5 to have this app fail at connecting to my Canon EOS M5. I really did not want to leave a bad rating and review on this, but I have been searcing for an app to check the shutter count on this camera and so far NONE of the softwares I have come across can connect to the camera. I was really looking forward to this as solution to my problem, but I was ultimately dissappointed. I advise anyone to due far more research than I did to save yourself from spending money you will never see again.
