New magazine owner removed access to previously purchased issues before 2018.

Since the publisher of App Guitar magazine purchased App Player magazine, it appears that they have removed access to back issues previously paid for with prior prescriptions and back issues. I will file a complaint with Apple and my credit card company for fraudulent misrepresentation of past purchases. Shame on you Pocketmags.

All my old magazines are gone!

The last update allowed me to restore only a few last magazines, even that I paid for many more. I had about 50 magazines I have purchased, that are now gone. Very disappointed. I unsubscribed.

Missing All Issues - Avoid updating until further notice!

This latest update deleted all of my issues, dating back to 2011. I spoke with tech support and went through all of their recommended steps five times to fix & restore. Nothing worked. I was then given an excuse that they'd be closed Dec 20 - Jan 2 and that "no further work will be undertaken during this time". I'm all for people having a nice winter holiday, but a keeping an app broken for 3+ weeks (that we've paid to use) is unacceptable. This new App Player UK is sadly off to a very rocky start.

Missing back issues

I’ve been subscriber of App Player Magazine for years. Now all my back issues which I have paid for are gone. This is not the first time this has happened. I mentioned this to tech support and they seemed to taunt me and make it a big joke not taking me seriously. This went on for months. Finally, I had enough of the techs shenanigans, and was able to reach management. Their department were able to get the problem fixed in no time while tech support took months to reply to emails and not fix the issue. It looks like I’ll have to go through that whole process again. At least I have it all documented in emails for proof. Get your act together App Player, or the company that controls your app. Take some notes from Guitar World they’re right on point.

Terrible Customer Service

I subscribed over a month ago and cannot access any issues. I've emailed them twice and received no help. I simply received the reply "We are updating our database and will let you know when your account is accessible" twice. I love the magazine and have been a print subscriber in the past. I am amazed at how this company does not care about its digital customers. At this point, they have taken 14.99 from me. I STILL have no access and do not see it getting any better. Buyer beware. Do NOT give them your money.
