1. If you need to quickly add or adjust times, you can use the Quick Add (for those times a client calls you at one in the morning and the last thing on your mind is starting a timer) and Quick Modify (in case you forgot to stop the timer when you started working on something else) buttons.

2. Several invoice templates are included, but the real power is revealed when you use the integrated template editor to create your own templates.

3. The hourly rate set for the client is used by default, however this can be overridden for individual job items that need their own rate.

4. Each Client contains its own fully customizable invoice number generation settings.

5. On The Job is designed to help you track your time and expenses, and bill your clients by quickly creating professional invoices.

6. Billing in multiple currencies? No problem, each client can use a different currency, and you can format it any way you like.

7. If you've left the timer running and walked away from your computer, On The Job will alert you when you return and give you the option of removing the time from your job.

9. You can increment an invoice number globally, or locally to that client.

10. Assign profiles to your clients and automatically have the correct information appear in any invoices you create.

11. Jobs can contain four basic types of items: Timed, Fixed Cost, Quantity, and Mileage.

It was good, but long forgotten

This used to be a great app. But it also hasn’t been updated in YEARS… (2012 or 2013 I believe was the last update I saw.) I would have at least liked to have an iCloud Sync of invoices and clients so I didn’t have to start all over any time I get a new Mac. Not sure if the devlopers are working App other things but an update with some sort of backup options would be greatly appreciated. (You’d think for $40.00 it would at least be able to locally backup its data…)

Decent app; No support - If you buy it don’t use the App Store

Purchased from the App Store. OK functionality for the price. But downloading an update in hopes of killing some app bugs corrupted the purchase key, causing the app to demand that I buy it again. I sent a copy of my Apple receipt to the manufacturer customer support email address that they provide through the App Store, and requested a replacement key. NOPE. Stunt Software (good name, I guess) refused and directed me back to Apple. I gave them until COB to correct this dumb answer, but no joy. I have reloaded an old copy, bugs and key, from my Time Machine and started searching for a better app with better support. Can’t afford to spend any more $300/hr time to fight with a $39 app.

An Aggravating Purchase

I purchased this program about thirty minutes ago, and have been consistently trying to open it. It keeps saying “install” next to the name under “Purchases,” but I haven’t been able to locate its location within any files after completing installation. If this continues, I will make contact with the developer and expect a FULL refund. I don’t want to believe that I spent $40 App…well, App what? Thin Air -as of right now. I will grant 3 stars because I still have hope; However, if that hope is lost, Stunt Software should expect to hear from me.

Needs Some Simple Options

The app will only allow you to bill one hourly rate per customer. However, like many other consultants, I bill different rates for different tasks. It also lacks subtotals by job App the invoices. As far as the rest of the app…I have no issues and find it easy to use. Absolutely no problems until it’s time to invoice. Add options for different rates & subtotals and I’ll give it a 5…but, for now it’s a low 3 at best and I’m still looking for something that works.

Abandoned App

The developers have abandoned this app. Look at the last updated date: back in 2012! This, despite many requests App their site, and despite many promises to keep improving the software. It appears the developers have moved App to other projects. Too bad, because it showed potential a couple years ago.
