How do I cancel my subscription?

No where can I find how to cancel this subscription. I am totally frustrated!

How do I cancel?

Recipes but no food list. Pick the meal but no dashboard. Makes zero sense.

Meal Chosen

I do like this app for the recipes. I don’t understand the “Meals Chosen” section. I would like to choose some meals, for shopping purchases. There appears to be no way to add anything to the meals chosen section.

I can not find the settings in this app to cancel the subscription but I definitely do not want it.

Having trouble

Having trouble selecting a meal. The pictures and recipes look great. I appreciate that the macros are highly visible; however, I cannot easily get the app to function beyond looking at recipes.
