3. The app uses GPS function, and just tap the "START!" button and this app will measure and notify you of the outdoor WBGT(heatstroke Index) in current location.

4. By the way, the alert levels of heat stroke of the app are based on "熱中症予防情報サイト(Heatstroke prevention information site)" of Japan's Environmental Protection Agency.
