The app doesn’t launch, crashes as soon as it is opened.

Keeps crashing

Could you look into it and fix the crashing issue? It crashes right after I log in. Haven't been able to play it even once.

This app needs much work!

Awkward controls that does not allow for easy rewind or fast-forward, does not seem to remember where I left off or allows me to resume once I manually set the scrollbar to a specific time, instead in hands and sits. Also the app simply crashes all the time. Please fix this.
