Doesn't work - at least didn't for me

Works Perfectly!

My one concern for this App prior to purchasing was whether or not it would upscale and if so the quality (i.e. video recorded with an SE formatted for an XS Max). I reached out to Mark and he assured me that the quality would be fine... and sure enough it was not only fine but better than I expected. I'm super happy with the results. Thanks!

Saved me a lot of time

I've noticed some of the negative reviews a rooted in a misunderstanding of what this App is used for. This App solves the specific problem of getting App preview videos with the correct specs to be submitted for your App Store App page. It works perfectly for that purpose and has saved me a lot of time. Five stars on my book.

wish i could get a refund. Lousy!

No sound, no real instructions, videos only 30 seconds or less? I have clicked on support and I get absolutely nothing. So how do I get support?

This app ONLY converts to Apple formats

A waste of $5. I needed an App that would convert FROM Apple format to a version that was more universally useful. Who needs an App that converts Apple files to smaller (limited to 30 seciond?!?!??!) Apple files?!?!
