App won’t respond

App says not connected to the internet, but I am connected to my home internet. Have even turned WiFi off and on, app still says the same not connected to the internet. This when I’m trying to Quick pair a device

ISSUES CONNECTIVITY

The switches all boot up and connect to Apple Airpot Extreme router But will sporadically and randomly loose the wifi connection. They are all close to the router and have very good signal strength. For no reason they loose connection and the light starts flashing indicating that devices are hunting for a wifi connection. If you open the app you can see which devices are connected and which are not. Then a few minutes later they are all connected again. So if you open the app at any given time , theres no way of knowing what your wait time might be to control a specific switch. I've uninstalled them , reinstalled them , reset the router same issue random loss of connectivity. They worked great until the first device firmware update that came along 3-4 months after I purchased and installed them. Apple Airport Extreme Router Running latest firmware release

Now requires GPS location services

To pair a smart switch the app now requires you enabled location services on your device to pair and to me this is unacceptable. I do not give them permission to utilitize my phone's GPS just to toggle a wifi switch manually.

Requests location for no reason

I refuse to give GPS access for WiFi quick pairing when this no long used to be required. I want a refund for my devices.
