3. For centuries, Tic-tac-toe was a game limited to one tiny grid of nine squares, devoid of strategy and filled with draws.

4. You can either gain advantage on the Little Board or force your opponent to play in a certain square.

5. 1) Score three in a row on the Big Board! If you win on a little board, it’s like selecting a square on the big board.

6. But you don’t! TAC is played on a huge 3x3 grid called the Big Board.

7. Players take turns placing either X’s or O’s in an effort to attain three in a row.

8. Each of the nine squares are actually tic-tac-toe games of their own.

9. The gameplay in each of these squares, called the Little Boards, is familiar.

10. Challenge your Facebook buddies or square off against strangers.

11. Take on an AI opponent and perfect your strategy.
