History of the city This App is part of the Museo Milano project promoted by Rotary Club Milano – Distretto 2041. A virtual museum designed to give visitors insight into major landmark sights, with maps, images, texts and videos, enhanced by the expertise of several of the best-known historians and professionals. The Museo Milano App is the ideal guide to the real-time discovery of the history of Milan, its protagonists and illustrious personages, the works of art and masterpieces produced here as well as the discoveries, inventions and economic undertakings conceived and developed in the city. The App is designed to give users a 360° overview of the city, from its origins to the present time. It includes an updated database on all the museums in the city, from those hosting artworks to those exploring the history of brands. EXPO 2015 Special: the App also provides invaluable information on how to visit the event of the year.
