1. During setup, users enter the checklist content into the pre-configured templates to create their own vessel specific checklists and with our easy editing module the checklists can be updated at any time to stay current with regulations or owner preferences.

2. The easy to use App allows users to electronically complete checklists, inspections and procedures and easily assign any identified faults directly to the work list of the department responsible for correcting the fault.

3. TotalSuperyacht Checklist App will enable you to replace your current paper based, time consuming vessel operations with a paperless system that is designed specifically for the Superyacht industry.

4. TotalSuperyacht Checklist App is a simple & easy to use yacht specific, fully paperless operating system for every department.

5. The checklist is then Verified and Submitted by a Supervisor, and converted to a NON-EDITABLE PDF which is stored securely on the server ready for DPA review and future audits.

6. - Permits to Work are opened directly on the iPad and when complete they are stored as non-editable PDF’s for future audits.

7. All completed checklists and inspections are acknowledged with the users name, password and signature.

8. Pre-departures, Monthly inspections, Safety Meetings, Drill Reports, Hours of Rest.

9. - Identify, log and report any item that fails an inspection and add it directly to the appropriate departments Work List with a touch of a Button.

10. - Assign individual tasks directly to the relevant department with the Task Creator.

11. - Complete Hours of Rest quickly and easily with the Hours of Rest feature.
