5. You can also find trigger points by by tapping a muscle on the muscle model, by choosing a muscle from the alphabetized list, or by using the search bar.
6. Trigger points can cause or mimic a variety of conditions such as "Tendinitis" and "Tennis Elbow".
7. In each trigger point illustration, an "x" marks the location of the point, while the area of referred pain is colored in blue.
8. Choose a condition and see a list of muscles whose trigger points can cause or mimic that condition.
9. PLEASE NOTE: this app does not include treatment information; its aim is to help find the source of specific pain.
10. Covering over 80 muscles with more than 150 trigger points.
11. Once you've identified a trigger point please consult a massage therapist or otherwise trained professional.
