2. The main purpose of Kick the Habit: Quit Smoking however is for those that wish to wean themselves off cigarettes.
3. Graphical and Log Data is also presented on the Chart page, showing the amount of cigarettes smoked versus your daily targets.
4. Kick the Habit: Quit Smoking will log all your data and let you know whether you are ahead or behind target and by how much.
5. If you quit smoking immediately then you will still be shown all the relevant data as below, you just won't have any targets to meet.
6. Slowly, but surely your daily targets will drop, until after thirty days you will have a target of zero cigarettes.
7. You will be presented with a daily target to accomplish, based on how many cigarettes you initially smoked.
8. Now is the time to quit smoking.
9. The logging of data still occurs even after the daily targets have ended.
10. You can delete your progress at any time and start again with new details from the Options page.
11. Also shows your overall progress: whether you are ahead or behind your set targets.
