2. The Pilates Classic app presents the classic Pilates series of exercises in the classic sequential order.
3. This classic order has been designed to loosen up your muscles first before exercising them.
4. You can select to view each video individually, or you can select to view the videos in sequence starting from the first video you select to see.
5. These exercises were designed to be performed anywhere and now that they are available on the iPhone you can have a portable guide that you can reference anywhere.
6. There is a switch in the Settings section to select between the Beginner's set and the Advanced set.
7. There is also a separate text version of each exercise, with pictures, that explain how to perform each exercise.
8. This app has a Beginner's set and an Advanced set of the exercises.
