1. You can easily add the player characters of your party and check various combinations of monster challenge ratings to see the expected difficulty of that encounter.
2. If you struggle to keep track of how much xp to award, whether you're looking for the total for the encounter or a divided amount for each character, you can find that as well.
3. All you need to do is add the party's characters and the monsters' challenge ratings and xp will be automatically calculated.
4. Stats generated include the party's XP Threshold, the adjusted total of the monsters' xp, and more.
5. All calculations are done "rules as written" from the Dungeon Master's Guide on building combat encounters.
6. Make planning combat encounters easier on yourself with Combat Calculator, an unofficial app for Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition.
7. These numbers are used in determining the difficulty of the encounter.
8. This will convert coins of lower denominations into higher denominations if possible.
