4. Job location changes, ETA status updates, cancellations, and customer communications are handled directly through the app so you don’t have to waste time calling us or the customer whenever there is an important update during an active job.
5. With eAutoRescue, you can take jobs when you want, where you want, and how you want so that you can maintain the flexibility and freedom to manage your core business effectively.
6. By using the eAutoRescue Partner app you will get alerted of a job directly to your phone or tablet whenever someone near you needs assistance.
7. Once you sign up we will walk you through the steps on how to download the app and add other operators so that you can start taking jobs with eAutoRescue.
8. You’ll need to sign up to become a towing and roadside Partner first.
9. If you are a motorist and in need of towing or roadside - Get our customer app.
10. With all job details presented in the app PRIOR to dispatch, you have the freedom to choose whether or not you want to take the job based on your availability.
