1. A monochromatic caterpillar travels from the bottom of the screen to the top, making the baby follow it with her eyes and by raising her head.

2. The app helps babies exercise their neck muscles while laying on their stomach with its appealing visuals and familiar baby sounds.

3. The caterpillar produces a spatial positional sound of a baby's rattle toy, giving baby also an auditory stimuli to follow.

4. Baby will exercise neck muscles by looking at the caterpillar.

5. Stop if baby gets fussy or cannot hold head upright.

6. Place baby on her tummy with game playing in front.

7. Sit down and hold baby in your lap.

8. Start the game and tap to make caterpillar change direction and watch how baby tracks it.
