3. Select the VEHICLE ONLY Package if you only need a vehicle to transport your items and you don’t need help with loading and unloading your belongings.
4. If you only need help of labor work either to move, haul, load or unload items, select the HERO HELP ONLY package.
5. Each item should weigh up to 100 lbs., size up to 6 ft, and both pickup and drop-off location DO NOT involve stairs.
6. CONCIERGE PREMIUM package provides Vehicle with 2 Helpers.
7. For this service you need to be present at pick-up and drop-off locations.
8. CONCIERGE LITE package provides Vehicle with 1 Helper.
9. Each item should weigh up to 500 lbs, size up to 12 ft, and drop-off location COULD involve stairs.
