2. Through this application, the admin can assign a delivery boy to order and track them.
3. GROBUX Delivery Boy application gives a functionality that builds a link between Admin and the Delivery boy.
4. Admin can track the status of delivery boy and assign them an order.
5. Admin can chat with customers to answer their queries and receive feedback Admin can even chat with the delivery boy to ask them questions and answer their queries.
6. Admin and delivery boy both can receive notifications with regard to Order.
7. Admin can add/remove a delivery boy to the application.
8. This helps in rendering a better service of shipping as everything is monitored by admin that too with the help of an application that works on your phone.
9. Delivery boy can make set their status as Online/Offline through the application.
10. The customer can even track the delivery boy's activities.
11. OTP must be entered by the delivery boy to verify the delivery is conducted by him to the right customer.
