1. From any section of the application, you can go to the settings, where you can book a call with the founder, rate the application, leave a request for some functionality, enable / disable background music, tell your friends about our app.

2. After that, the application sends you to a page with a personal selection of CBT sessions for your current state.

3. However, we are not a health care or medical provider, not should our Service be considered medical advice.

4. Your subscription period is automatically renewed, if the automatic renewal function has not been switched off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. This app is designed for people who care about their mental health.

6. In this section, in the entries tab, the history of your sessions with given answers and the history of check-ups will be collected.

7. Based on these statistics, you can draw additional conclusions about what state of mind is typical for you, and what else you would like to work on regarding your mood.

8. Renewal fee will be charged from your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period, as well as renewal price will be also stated there.

9. You will find here a collection of effective sessions for solving specific problems.

10. All information about the completed sessions and check-ups will be shown in the progress section.

11. First, you assess your state of mind and identify the problem with a convenient short survey in the check-up format.
