5. While most lifestyle data (such as activity and sleep) is automatically collected by wearables, other data can be manually recorded in the CIPRA.ai app.
6. Based on this analysis, CIPRA.ai will provide you precise insights into which lifestyle factors have the greatest impact on your BP or BG.
7. Your answers to these questions help drive the app’s personalized analysis of your top lifestyle factors.
8. The CIPRA.ai app gives users a highly personalized experience in managing their hypertension and/or diabetes.
9. The app also includes a medication questionnaire where users can record if they have taken their hypertension or diabetes medications and a weight questionnaire for recording body weight.
10. The CIPRA.ai app provides automatic weekly updates on how your BP and/or BG is progressing and sets a personalized target.
11. The app displays your top lifestyle factors and shows whether they have a positive or negative influence on your BP or BG.
