2. There are a ton of keto, carb, diet, calorie Apps out there, but I wanted one where I could just check an ingredient quickly.

3. You can Favorite foods if you'd like, for the day, or the meal, and add them up mentally, and have an idea that way of how you're doing, or save Favorites that you like to look up regularly for however long you'd like, and then quickly access them again on the 3rd tab in the App.

4. The waiter delivers your meal, and it looks amazing.

5. You're trying to lose weight though, by not eating carbs.

6. Please feel free to send in suggestions, or edits.

7. You're trying to stay off your phone.
