Leighton-Linslade Town Council created the trail and would like to extend a huge thanks to the following for their contribution and support of the trail; Leighton Buzzard and District Archaeological and Historical Society, family members of people featured, Peter Hailes, Leighton Buzzard Fire Service, Ian and Arthur Summerfield, Colin Holmes, Bedfordshire Archives and the Leighton Buzzard Observer.

2. To celebrate the people of our town, this trail has been created to share some of their stories, each one linked to a building or monument in the town centre.

3. The app is rich with historical information, original photographs and images to bring the trail to life.

7. This app makes use of GPS to show you places of interest close to your current location.

8. Follow the walking route or mix and match locations of interest to you.

9. You can use the audio function in each section to narrate the story of each location.
