1. Customers can control their IoT based home appliances product with their mobile phone from anywhere using Hindware Appliances App if product is connected with the internet.

2. Existing hindware customers (those who have already used the Hindware services) can use their primary mobile number for login directly using ‘One Time Password (OTP)’.

3. In case of any issue or problem with the product, customer can directly create a service request from the app for both IoT & Non IoT based products which are registered with the app.

4. Customers can receive the details for any new product launches & offers through the notifications of mobile app.

5. Customers can explore all the product ranges available with Hindware Appliances.

6. After registration they can login with their mobile number using ‘One Time Password (OTP).

7. Water Purifier & Air Purifier comes under the brand name of Moonbow and rest other appliances come with Hindware brand name.

8. This mobile app offers the services for both Smart (IoT based products) & non Smart products.

9. Customer can register their new products with simple process by scanning the QR code present on the product.

10. If your product don’t have the QRcode then product registration could be done using model details.

11. Currently IoT feature is available with Water Purifier, Kitchen Chimney & Water Heater products.
