1. Note Sync Live is an online note keeping and sharing app that allows you to quickly access your notes and share them with other users of this app.

2. This Note Sync Live subscription is auto-renewable and will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

3. Your payment of $.99/month or $9.99/year will continue to auto-renew unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hour prior to your next renewal date.

4. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

5. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

6. Note updates will be seen immediately by other users.

7. Also access your notes online at using the web app.
