1. Whatever level of the game you play, download Fit For Footy and let our elite players and expert staff give you the tips, techniques and training routines you need to lift your performance and make you the best you can be.

2. Personalised content - We personalise various parts of the content on the app to your age, gender, level of fitness, level of footy and body weight.

3. Fit For Footy gives you personalised skills, fitness and nutrition delivered to you by the best AFL and AFLW players, coaches, and high-performance staff.

4. We created an app that brings together all the information in one place, from industry leaders and then personalised the information to your age, gender, level of fitness and level of footy.

5. We have planned the different parts that you are meant to be doing in terms of recovery, the various skills sessions, strength, conditioning and how you are meant to be fueling your body.

6. We have the best players in the game teaching you skills so that you can work on your craft and take your game to the next level.

7. Our High performance staff from the AFL and AFLW have devised the best programs for you at your age and level of fitness.

8. We have personalised your meals to your age, weight, level of fitness and gender.
