4. TippyTalk Plus is designed for individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, ALS, Apraxia, Stroke, or other conditions that affect a person's ability to use natural speech.
5. The user taps the symbols and pictures to choose a recipient and form the simple sentence to be spoken or sent.
6. Message recipients can respond via text, voice, or image.
